I happened to stumble across Jon Hart via Google, and was lucky enough to book him to perform at my wedding last month at Farnham Castle. He was professional, kind and an amazing performer.
I had decided to walk down the aisle to 'Marry You' by Bruno Mars and I must say I nearly cried just as he had begun the song!
Jon was also kind enough to come and see us before he finished, which we thought was a lovely touch.

We first heard Jon when he was playing at my friends wedding and immediately we knew we had to book him to play at ours this march, thankfully he wasn't already booked. .! Jon has a huge song list he plays for you to choose from and will also do others if requested, we had him play 2 sets first through the wedding breakfast and second out in bar area while our evening guest were arriving... he is amazing.. we had so many compliments from all our guests about him, great Guitar player and an amazing voice, such a great twist on some songs, our favourite was sweet child of mine.. amazing... thank u so much for playing at our wedding and you will come highly recommend by us and hopefully we can book you ourselves again very soon. My Fiancée and I had first discovered Jon Hart on the internet while searching for a guitarist to perform at our wedding. I found out that he was playing at the Isle of Wight Festival (his home town) which I was attending with friends and thought that this would be a great opportunity to use Jon's set as an audition .
Well he got halfway through his first song (money by pink Floyd) and I knew that he was the man for the job. I had a little chat with Jon after his awesome set and what lovely guy he is.
We booked him as soon as I got home.
On our wedding day he did not disappoint, he entertained our guests while the Wife and I had our photos.
The rave reviews we had from our friends and family made it all worth while. I have since heard the songs Jon played and was amazed yet again of his compositions of the famous songs we chose, he really puts his his stamp on them.
His ability on the guitar is outstanding and the way his guitar doubles as a percussion section is something else, the man has some serious skills. His voice ain't too shabby either.
Another thing to mention is that Jon writes and performs his own music as well as his massive catalogue of covers (150-200) for you to choose from.
Jon really added something special to our day and we would recommend him to anyone, whatever they are celebrating. More...

Jon played our wedding last week and absolutely made it. His tracks on his site are great but he is even better live - everyone couldn't believe how good his voice was and how talented he is with a guitar (and occasional use of his loop pedal if you wanted that too). Our wedding was in Dubrovnik so Jon had to fly in and stay a couple of nights but nothing was too much; he was professional and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish (even leaving a lovely message on our video diary). Jon played at our wedding on 23rd September and he was fabulous. Many of our guests commented on how good he was.
He was lovely to deal with throughout and always helpful and professional.
He played during the ceremony and reception and a happy memory will be him, playing beautifully, 'more than words' extreme as I walked down the aisle.

We booked Jon to play at our wedding last month - both at our church service and a set at our evening reception. He was professional, adaptable and very friendly and we would highly recomend him for any event.

At the church, we had a song request that wasn't on his list yet he went above and beyond to learn and perfect an accoustic version and it absolutely amazing (and bought a tear to the eyes of many guests!). He set the tone for the evening by getting everyone on their feet, dancing and singing along to selection of fantastic covers that he had recomended.

Jon was fantastic from the moment we contacted him, we booked him to come out to our wedding in Marrakesh, he was great at organising himself in terms of logistics and transport - keeping us informed of everything. He has a great repertoire, pretty extensive and enough for everyone.
He was very flexible in that he was able to move location last minute in terms of where he played, able to bring out his own equipment ( the venue had next to none).

On the night he sounded great playing my wife down the aisle and when playing his midnight set got everyone singing along to Wonderwall - so amazing! really got everyone into the spirit of it and night to remember forever - thanks Jon! More...
