I needed a Loft Coversion, A Work colleague recommended JCB NORTH, Friendly and professional.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
If the Client has recieved planning permission from the local authority.
Also the initial plan must be done by an Architect who can coordinate the Structural drawings we us JCB NORTH LTD.
If it is also within the Zone of approval by the local council and other properties have them.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
LOFT
Site Visit which involves a walk over survey.(£300 +VAT) and taken before site visit.
Providng, a plan of extending and proposed, also check If there are any internal load bearing walls that can support the proposed loft.
Measure the existing loft structure/ Discuss client's proposal
Seek/Check architectural plans.
Provide Structural drawings and calculations.
