Q&As

By personalising each and every session to the clients goals.

Balance and effort. It's all about a balanced diet and lifestyle. Effort from both parties to getting the results desired.

The reason why I do this job is to change peoples lives and seeing them make results. Nothing more satisfying.

Worked in various gyms being told how I need to train my clients which in turn I would then train my clients in an ineffective, impersonal way. That's not PERSONAL training. Now working for myself I can give clients my full undivided attention. Making my personal training sessions, more personal.

The experience I have in the industry would mean that every penny invested into the training sessions will be well spent.
