What inspired you to start your own business?
We are passionate about providing Civil/Structural Engineering services.
'Istidam' means sustainable/everlasting work and this is how we aim to operate and what we aim to specify for construction projects. We also are committed to retaining our Clients through exceptional service and our Employees through cooperative leadership.

Our systemic approach to project management includes reviewing the brief provided by the Client to assess whether less can be done whilst still achieving the objectives to their desired level.
Our expertise in the insurance industry gives us an advantage in providing an all-encompassing service to deliver and manage the Client's project and ensure competitive tenders and suitable contract administration is carried out.
We also utilise 3D scanning equipment to expedite the production of existing and proposed drawings. This approach is a modern, more cost-effective service than traditional measured surveys.
