Isle Contracts fitted our new kitchen for us. This was the only company of four we asked to estimate who did an on-site visit to quote for the job. Not only that, but Tom, who heads up the company came - twice! His attention to detail is extraordinary and he pointed out to us a couple of issues that even Wren, the kitchen suppliers, had failed to notice. We were able to rectify these issues before work began. Isle Contracts work as a 'one stop shop' with Tom employing his own electricians, plumbers, carpenters and so on. This worked so well for us as it removed the headache of 'project management' - having to orchestrate several workmen at once, ensuring they are all there on the right day and they all fully understand the job, can be a nightmare. Every member of the Isle Contracts team was always helpful, polite and respectful of our home. And they were superb at their individual jobs! Throughout the process, we were kept well informed of choices, issues and challenges posed by the project, with Tom seeking our opinion as to the best option and offering his own solutions. During the time that our home was being knocked about, this gave us a sense of control and confidence that Isle would solve any issues. We have had quite a few workmen in our house in the last few months, but none has been as reliable as Tom and his team. They arrived when they said they would, and always gave us an overview of what they would be doing and when. Tom a nice and polite chap. He came assessed the job and discussed with me what was needed.
He replaced the side doors to my garage, not as straight forward as one would expect which brought his carpentry skills into play.
Very pleased with the job and everything was swept up afterwards.
