I love to go to the over 55's gym classes here. 4/5 times a week. You have to book well in advance. Plenty of choice and a friendly crowd of people. There is parking but not as much since they are building a brand new leisure centre to open, hopefully summer 2019. It's so exciting. Now Copthall is shabby and the main gym ceiling is badly in need of repair. The toilets are unspeakable, especially the single one upstairs. More...

Good facilities, tho the building is dated and will be demolished soon. 3 pools, gym, studio for various exercise classes. Shower room needed updating. There is limited food facility. Car park facility is adequate. More...

I go here for water workout classes. There is a diving pool which has a floor they can move up and down to change the depth. The loose are smelly, and its showing its age...there was talk of another sports centre being built. Great gym, they have an air resistance suite for rehab and beginners. Great staff. More...

A good public leisure facility. Has 3 pools, main pool, training (shallow ) pool and a diving pool with adjustable depth. Also has a nice gym and a cafeteria . Lots of free parking. Separate changing rooms for under 16s, nice and clean. More...

The place's got everything you need. Gym, swimming pool, deep water swimming pool. All good size. But it's quite dated. And usually crowded with youth.

I left la fitness because they're rubbish. I now use the gym here. Much more pleasant atmosphere. Costs less too.

Lot of good facilities. However lessons by club to juniors can dominate the pool a bit too much. Bit pricey and cafeteria is a bit unreliable.

One week we might focus on arm work, the next on legs. The hour long session includes a high intensity cardio session (a great way to wake up your body) followed by a box fit session that concentrates on both arms and legs.
I have attended Ismael's class in Grange Park, North London for the last 14 months. My fitness level is the best ever, I have lost weight, toned up and gained some muscle. Yes, I would definitely recommend it, thanks.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Different clients require different training, each is an individual and there is no "one size fits all approach" to training. The most important thing is for clients to have a goal and believe they can achieve that goal in a given time scale. I help my clients to achieve their goals.
