What inspired you to start your own business?
We have spent the last combined 50+ years working for some of the largest corporate companies providing services to customers. I guess we have become disillusioned by the continual pursuit of driving down costs and bottom-line profits. Companies have lost sight of their people and their clients. We passionately believe that looking after our people and treating them with respect will in turn deliver a great customer experience. We want raving fans who will help us grow our business.
