How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages can be converted, ceiling height needs to be 2400mm. Solid brick/ block walls, the rest can be installed during the conversion, with the clients personal preference of what level of spec they wish to go to. Building regs as a minimum.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Firstly you would install any drainage, structural changes, first fix electrics/ plumbing, insulation installation, plasterboard and plastering. Then second fix to clients requirements.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Loft conversions are usually dictated by your ridge height, if this is too low, as planning doesn’t allow you to raise ridge lines this would normally be the only factor in whether a conversion is possible. The new stairs to the loft sometimes means sacrificing part of a bedroom, but this is usually outweighed by the new big loft conversion.

1yrs for general work, 5 yrs structural and different roof types come with different level of guarantee. All will be set out and agreed at quotation stage.
What do you love most about your job?
Having done many projects, as team of different skilled tradesman, we get to take on a wide variety of projects. Having been involved in 20+ hmo projects this always gives us new challenges and great experience in different types of house and their individual challenges.
