I am fully qualified at level 4 in Sports Massage Therapy and also a fully qualified Pilates and Yoga teacher I also teach reformer Pilates 1:1. I am able to use all of my skills and expertise to help you to feel better. Sports Massage Therapy is just that I use a combination of different techniques during the massage to ensure the best outcome for you in terms of function of the muscles, correction of postural issues, guidance around exercises and stretches that can help you longer term.
