Injectaproof have provided a solution to an issue with damp in my property and completed pointing work to the outside of the house. The work was very professionally done and all debris cleared away on completion. As I was away from home when the work commenced it was really useful to receive photos that kept me up to date with progress. We had a leak from our roof which was causing mould to come through the wall and into the bedroom and then travelling down the cavity wall into the lounge.
We had roofers come and repair a broken tile and then place trays under the tiles but quickly realised that this was not a total fix.
I visited the Bark website and advertised the work that needed to be undertaken and was quickly contacted by Peter offering to come the next day to have a look at the job. As promised he arrived with his damp measurer and came up with options that he could do to resolve the damp issue - mainly removing the plaster, going back to brick, then drying out the bricks, treating the brick work and then replastering. The quote sounded very reasonble to us and we agreed to go ahead with Peter agreeing to start the following Tuesday.
Peter came and started the work as promised, then partway through the work he discussed putting in further damp proofing which we agreed to. The plasterer began work the following Monday and was completed by the Friday, which was spread out over 3 visits.
Throughout the job Peter made sure we were informed of what stage we were at and the next step.
We are very pleased with the work undertaken by Peter and Craig, (plasterer).
We would not hestitate to go to Inject a Proof in the future for any damp issues and ard glad for the 10 year guarantee that comes with the job. Thank you.
