"8 months ago i weighed 21 stone. I decided to work with Colin because he had already achieved what i wanted to do. I see colin twice a week for a PT session where we do a combination of resistance work, cardio and boxing. Since i've started at the gym and been with Colin i've managed to lose over 8 stone! "In terms of outcome, I have successfully maintained my weight around 90kg's for 12months whilst at the same time reducing my body fat level down to around 10%.

At a personal level, I would recommend Col to anyone. He has a vast repertoire of knowledge and an ability to apply it in a way that meets your needs, but will help to push you to the next level.
To validate this statement, Col has trained both myself and my wife and we had very different "wants" which Col comfortably designed programs for and helped us to achieve our goals.
