Hypnosis for Health

I had 3 sessions to help with my anxiety mainly for examination stress. Shelly is lovely and so helpful, I feel very calm and relaxed before I start exams in June xx

An absolute wonderful experience ... I've now had 3 sessions for weightloss and within the 4 months ive lost 2.5 stone , The best thing is , Is that i don't have to try and remember to be good or that I'm being bad , I just get on with my day and be nornal whilst being good . Very surreal but who am I to complain as I'm driving a new car because of the savings on my food bill every month .

I went to see Shelley 're my weight. I had my first session 4 weeks ago and already I've lost 11lb. I had a chocolate addiction I've not had 1 bit of chocolate in 4 weeks. .. just had my 2nd session so watch this space..... I'm over the moon so far More...
