After moving into my new flat I was having to get rid of multiple spiders everyday and with having arachnophobia I couldn’t take anymore, something didn’t seem normal about the amount I had to face everyday. After enquiring, they were happy to answer questions and book me in that same morning. Andres came quickly within half an hour. I did feel a little silly calling for spiders - didn’t know if I would be taken seriously. I used this company because I was having issues with wasps. This company is a cowboy company charged me £150 for spraying some wasp glue down a hole in my bathroom where wasps were coming from. They said it’ll last 2 days only. It didn’t even work they were still coming in. This company doesn’t want anything but your money doesn’t want to sort your problem they just want your money. When I asked for a VAT number they wouldn’t give it as my insurance was going to pay me out for my expense now I’m out of pocket by £25. What a load of rubbish 1st and the last time I use you lot. Take my advice go elsewhere these guys are not worth the money or the trouble. Do not say you don’t know me you don’t have a record of me as cowboys like you like to say this to keep your company afloat. More...

I asked for free quote about bed bugs. They came and have looked for 5 seconds and said that we have bed bugs and immediately wanted to do treatment for 400£. I am sure most of these reviews are bought, these guys charged me over £400 pounds for 2 visits, and I had rodents in a loft in the attic. they did some proofing work on the outside also, which caused massive issues with the tiling and ended up damaging them and causing leaks on both sides, which has cost me an additional £100 to fix, top it off they have not managed to get rid of the issues I rang them for in 1st place, their customer service is shocking. Bogdan and Julian visited our property on two occasions to eradicate mice. The first visit was organised on a very short notice (same day), and Bogdan was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the poison traps. Julian came two weeks later and mice-proofed the house. He found all the potential access holes and filled them in, all the while being professional and chatty. Jonny visited first to deal with a fly issue as a result of a dead mouse beneath the floorboards, he did a very thorough full inspection and dealt with the problem really efficiently. He recommended blocking gaps among other solutions. Julian visited the second time and do a thorough job to block gaps and deal with a mouse/rat issue and him and his colleague communicated really well and efficient with filling all gaps for pest prevention.
