What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about every aspect of managing people, and enjoy ‘wearing different hats’ dealing with the many facets of HR, focusing on achieving the best results.
From dealing with disciplinary situations, interviewing through to project managing and building skills qualifications I am able to offer support in all aspects of HR.
My can do attitude inspires those I work with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After being lucky enough to fall into a career I love over 20 years ago, in 2014 I was awarded MCIPD status in recognition of knowledge and experience.
Having assisted many friends over the year with HR queries, and best practice solutions, I recognised the need to offer such services to companies who either don't have an HR department, or who's HR services require support.
