Home Counties Martials Arts launched in Twyford 1st July 2019.

HCMA really focus on family training, currently have dads and daughters as well as brothers and sisters training together.

HCMA cover all aspects of Taekwon Do and help individuals understand how, what they learn can be used in everyday situations.

Lessons vary from week to week and include:
- basic elements
- formal exercise routines
- patterns (a series of moves against one or more imaginary opponents)
- step sparring
- semi contact sparring

On a quarterly basis students will be evaluated as to their ability to progress to the next belt. Everyone starts out as a white belt, no matter what previous training you may have done.

Students will be given a hand book that helps them to understand the Korean terminology that's used during lessons and also used to describe the movements within the art.
