We attend my Daughters wedding reception on Saturday and it was so beautifull everything was decorated nicely. Food served was really nice and breakfast the next morning was good alot to choose from. The swimming area was really nice especially for my grandkids, also the stay was very comfortable and when called down for more blankets it was sent to my room really quickly. So my daughter had her Hen Party here and what a fantastic evening had by all. All staff members were helpful and friendly. The tribute act Pleasure Boys was an eye opener but entertaining. Breakfast the next day was really good as was the room we stayed in. Hats off especially to Melanie Benns and to Amy.

I travel a lot for work around the country and this is one of my favourites for business travel. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, breakfast is very good. I have only 2 suggestions: 1) some hotels now have recycling bins/ boxes in the rooms or at least outside the rooms. I had a few plastic bottles and paper I wanted to recycle but there was no place for it. 2) please open the swimming pool at 6 am, to give business travelers a chance to use it before work and drop the water temperature a few degrees. The pool is for swimming. Hot water belongs to the jacuzzi!

when i arrived the first night i was surprised to see what I thought was a reasonably dated room. the second night I was upgraded to an executive suit with a Jacuzzi bath. I was very impressed with the room and bathroom. with a bath and a shower to choose from and a comfortable bed I had a great nights sleep. food in the restaurant was great but food and drink was a little on the expensive side. the hotel also has a gym and swimming pool. The Hotel us next to Norwich Airport but didn't hear any aircraft during my stay. Due to my son being adult age and my daughter a child I was able to book a family room with 3 adults and one child for an extra £25 for the additional adult rather than needing another room. They gave us 1 queen size 1 double sofa bed and one single put up bed in a suite so tbe room was huge. There is a gym, Swimming pool and restaurant in the hotel and the lobby bar and hotel has recently been redecorated to a very good standard. Parking was an additional £4.95 for the night. Booking system online prevented me from ordering 3 single bed in the family room which caused a lack of sleep on late arrival as I had to share a double bed with my teenage octopus son. Friendly staff immediately rectified in the morning. Nothing organic or vegan other than fruit. Just can't be healthy on a budget anywhere in the EU.
