Hotel is lovely but management of the hotel is appalling, non existent to be more specific having to get issues sorted by agency workers who are powerless to help. Christ where to start, first off all don’t stay here awful Custer service I have been trying to contact them for two days. Called emailed went through customer services for IHG. Hands down worst service ever. Was charged twice for my room, see below this happens a lot avoid this place!!! Paid upon arrival but then charge again when leaving without permission. My room was awful- it was filthy, TV didn’t work, no hot water and the beds were like lying on bricks. All the contact numbers for customer service won’t work so don’t search online chat don’t even know what there doing they gave me US numbers for such a large chain I would expect much better for something so simple. Someone from the hotel contact me on here on my multiple emails I want my money back for the payment you took and for the room as it’s not what I paid for. More...

Absurd bird is ran out of the kitchen and it's absolutely rubbish, ordered through uber eats, after multiple "rescheduled delivery times" we waited 2 hours, we seen the taxi driver try to find the place and drop the fare and just drove off because he couldn't find the place. Not surprised as it's ran out of a hotel kitchen, they cancelled our order after just over 2 hours of waiting!! I wasn't having having that so I drove over, took us 45 mins to figure out it was ran out if the hotel. I went in and seen what I imagine was the the chef and to be honest my blood was boiling so my language wasn't the best. He kept dennying that they had any orders from uber eats today, which is complete nonsense. STOP TAKING ORERS IF YOU CANT FULFILL THEM YOU CLOWNS!!!!! More...

offers a gym and spa but the jacuzzi is broken and the hotel won't pay for it to get fixed not enough equipment in the fitness classes most of the weights are wrong due to excess use, not enough step raisers and a broken smashed mirror not to mention the leak in the middle of the room

Friendly service, wonderful breakfast. Well proportioned room, quite and comfortable. Very good conference facilities with all delegates made welcome. The lunch was absolutely excellent and it kept on coming to the point we almost couldn’t eat it all and that’s saying something for 30+ motorsport marshals. More...

Absolutely fantastic place! Booked our wedding 2 years ago and from start to finish we’ve had the best experience, Colette who was our wedding coordinator was amazing! We love her to bits! And Alice who was our master of ceremonies was the best woman for the job without a doubt she is fantastic! I couldn’t imagine 2 better people to get us through our day, we trusted them 110% and our special day went without a hitch, thankyou to you two!! We had our wedding here on the 21st July and Colette and Alice were brilliant sorting everything out for us. It was an amazing day and we can’t thank Alice enough for everything she did for us throughout the day. She went above and beyond asking if we needed anything else throughout the day and before she left. Everything from the ceremony to the evening reception was just amazing.
