How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
If you can meaure from the top of the ceiling joists to the bottom of the ridge beam and you have a measurement above 2.1m than you have a enough hight to have a loft conversion. Then you just need to see if you meed planning permission.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
The first stage os the structural side to get it built to regs, then get all the electrics amd plumbing 1st fixed, the 3rd stage is the insulation and plasterboard to get it teday for plastering. Once the plastering is done the next stage is to 2nd fix all the wood work and doors and the stairs and bathrooms suits if there is any.
Then the last stage is to decorate and fit any floor finishes.

Self drive to be the best i can be. My dad had his own company and my brother has a well.
