Julia is extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. She is very efficient and prompt to respond to emails and calls keeping you informed as much or as little as you like. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to purchase property and advising them on the most suitable products. It gives a great feeling of satisfaction when you have successfully completed a difficult case.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been working in the industry for quite some time and decided that I wanted to be able to work around my family so took the plunge to start working for myself to enable me to be more flexible.
Why should our clients choose you?
Heritage Estates is a small friendly company with only 2 advisers, this allows us to spend time with our clients to ensure that they get the right advice. We have years of experience between us and can advise on residential, buy to let, first time buyers, limited company and shared ownership mortgages as well as helping people who have credit issues or have a right to buy property.

We are providing our service remotely during the pandemic and are offering online mortgage and insurance advice meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to Covid-19 we are no longer seeing clients face to face, however we are offering online meetings at a time to suit our clients.
