I had a small double glazed window that had broken. I called Heathrow windows at ten am and spoke to Parv. I was given a reasonable price for supply and fitting. Parv confirmed by text telling me he would arrive between 11 and 12.He arrived as he said and measured up the window.He then left and was back by 2pm when he fitted the replacement.I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service and have already recommended him to a neighbour. I love my new doors and windows. The fitters were great, pleasant, polite and hard working, they never stopped until the job was completed. All the rubbish was taken away and the areas cleaned prior to leaving. My neigbours have commented on how great my composite door looks.
