What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. I love developing their projects and their companies. I love building partnerships & collaborating and seeing success happen and being part of that success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was previously head hunted ALOT and I was worried my CV would look like I moved jobs too many times.
I enjoy working for multiple companies, people and leaders. I felt trapped working for one organisation. This inspired me to set up on my own, this then meant I could design a business model which meant I could help everyone and work with everyone at the same time or back to back.

My business model allows me to work with my clients individually which means I work in ways which suit them and keep them & their staff and customers safe.
In Covid 19 I worked with a local not for profit company bringing all businesses and the local community together.
