Healthier Dimensions is an integrative counselling & psychotherapy private practice that offers individual adults; short specific focused or long term in-depth therapy support, either, in-person or through the cyber world (online or via the phone).

Our personal walks of life create our unique sense of self and therefore, confirm that no one size fits all. My Integrative approach considers all aspects of the individual and their experiences that may be causing some concern or distress in their lives and can personalise therapy support to best suit the individual.

My main areas of expertise are: anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, loss of identity/direction, anger and relationships issues.

I have been working and training as an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist for 23 years in private practice, within the mental health sector and with charity organisations. I am registered with the health and social care department and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a Specialist Cyber Facilitator to which certifies me to work therapeutically online with individuals.

Some of the theoretical approaches that I may use are: Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, IFS, CBT, TA and Positive psychology.
