I started my company Make the Healthy Change to provide holistic wellbeing services. I want to help people make positive changes to their lifestyle which will help them to lead happy and healthy lives.

Small Group Training
For 3 to 4. Groups are made of people with shared goals or interests etc. Small group training participants get the same support as personal training clients around nutrition advice, programming etc. They simply share their in person training sessions to allow them to save on cost.

Private yoga for up to 4 people. In your home, place of work or in a park.
