Just Stayed at your Stormont hotel for 2nights. Was a stay of necessity rather than pleasure as my relative was having serious surgery in the Ulster Hospital and I wanted to be close by. Your staff were absolutely truly amazing I have never encountered anything like it from start to finish nothing was too much trouble and every effort was made to look after us and make sure we wanted for nothing. Zoe on the desk is an absolute credit to you! She knew why we were there and took time out of her busy day to ask how my relative was several times and asked did we need anything making sure we made a dinner reservation so that we were fed... absolute angel most people wouldn’t be interested this was so lovely and heart warming it was like we were old friends. I can’t thank your hotel and staff enough especially for your little duck! I’m now going to make a point of collecting your little ducks now that I know all about them and that you bring in different ones at different times... wish I knew about them before. thank you so much for everything! We had the most enjoyable stay at the Europa this weekend. From we arrived the staff could not do enough for us. It was a birthday celebration and the lovely receptionist give us an upgrade for both our rooms to an executive suite. Room was spotlessly clean extremely comfortable and looked out onto the grand opera house. We also dinned in the hotel and the food was delicious very comfortable and relaxed surroundings. The head waiter was very attentive and couldn't do enough.as he didn't know previously that it was a birthday he refused to let me pay for a drink that I had ordered after my meal. Deffently will be returning again soon. Thank you to all the staff. Also after just arriving the kitchen sent a slate with happy birthday in white chocolate with three mini cakes. I've enjoyed tea at Ballygally. A light meal at the Europa. But it's Percy French at the Slieve Donard that has the most meaning to me (and the most visits! ). For a number of years now, on every family holiday to Northern Ireland, we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Percy French. We usually had a table by the window and enjoyed the sea view almost as much as the delicious food. My Dad loved this restaurant as did we. Following his death, we have carried on the tradition. These hotels are fabulous... Excellent locations, staff are attentive, rooms sizeable & comfy and a beautiful relaxed atmosphere in the 4 I have had the pleasure to stay in. Today I am deeply disappointed... I was gifted a voucher for afternoon tea at Ballygally Castle from my in-laws, and I misplaced it during a recent house move. We found it today and unfortunately it’s out of date. We had hoped that The Hastings Group would honour it when we contacted them, but unfortunately they won’t. I was so looking forward to it. Stayed in the slieve donard hotel for my wedding anniversary. The slate with fudge and tray bakes saying happy anniversary was a lovely touch. The room was bright, modern, spacious and clean. Bathroom was the same. Had dinner that night in the Percy French restaurant. Starter of a ceaser salad was lovely, but you can't go wrong with a salad. The sticky toffee pudding was beautiful. Both my husband and I ordered the chicken stir fry and it was very average. My husband only ate a few forkfuls. Breakfast the next morning was in a very pleasant room. There was a good selection of items however the soda and potato bread was hard and the porridge was like wallpaper paste. The spa itself is very pretty, very modern and bright. The sauna looking over the beach is lovely. The best bit is the staff. The staff are so friendly and nothing is a bother. All in all a great stay More...

Had a fabulous 2 nights at the Everglades Hotel. The staff were brilliant and we couldn't have asked for more. A young Queen' s student looked after us at breakfast and please pass on our thanks. After a night in slieve donard hotel I will never be back. Our room was so cold we had to keep the hairdryer on for heat. The meal was just ok . Never had a more horrible cheeseboard ever. So unimpressed. They have done away with morning papers flowers in reception and nibbles at the bar. And all for £290 for the night. Rip off More...

I organised a gala ball here in May 2013 which was to be a one off for THE MARCUS & AMANDA MEMORIAL FUND everyone had an absolute blast.
