I can not praise this company enough. They have been cleaning my holiday flat in Filey for a year now and I am so pleased with their work. The cleaning is thorough and they keep on top of those little jobs that you never get round to.The cleaning is done to a very high standard. Happy2Help come when they are supposed to and are very flexible about which day. As the flat is not occupied for a lot of the time I have given them a key to gain access- this you can only do if you are confident you are dealing with a reliable and completely trustworthy team. Payment is done via bank transfer and I arrange when the flat needs to be cleaned via e-mail. All very painless and efficient. I have used this service for 3 months now and Tanya comes to our home for 2 and a half hours a week . She is always punctual and efficient, and once she had got to know the routine , layout and requirements for cleaning our tiny and cluttered cottage, she was able to use her skill and judgement to see what needed doing.
