over priced in my honest opinion, the rooms are tired for one thing. The grounds need massive investment to make the approach to the hotel attractive. with the location having such a marvelous history I was more than surprised at how inhospitable the outlook to the building was. so much potential, but so little realised.....on the plus side the staff are very friendly and approachable........the food less than stunning and the wine list somewhat limited More...

Thank you for a lovely day yesterday. My family and I enjoyed a Spa day for my 60th birthday, the treatments we all had were so relaxing ( I work in the NHS ) It was such a shame that our lunch time was staggered ,even though we were the only guests in Cafe Sante . As it was a Birthday celebration it would have been lovely to sit together and celebrate my birthday and my Mum who bought the Spa day for us but tragically she died September 2020. More...

I am gutted,an afternoon tea booked with friends for this Saturday has randomly and with no explanation been cancelled. All I have received is an email (which states do not reply directly to this email address). This should have been a real treat for 4 young Mum’s who have worked tirelessly through lockdown.
