Structural Engineering
We provide structural engineering and project management consultancy services for residential and commercial renovation projects. Our services include detailed design drawings, building control calculations, specifications, 3D CAD models, feasibility studies, site supervision, and structural surveys & investigations. We utilise our in-house reality capture expertise on most projects. We bring a more sophisticated approach that is common on large infrastructure and commercial construction projects, to home and small business owners who will benefit from reduced risk, improved communication, and better project outcomes.
Measured Surveys & Laser Scanning
We capture your project using high resolution 360-degree point cloud surveying methods to create dimensionally accurate and interactive 3D models. We deliver our Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) clients measured surveys, existing floor plans and elevations, 3D rendered CAD models, 3D point cloud data, as built surveys, construction monitoring, and high-resolution 360 virtual tours. Our CAD data is provided in a range of formats including Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or Sketchup. Our easy-to-use reality capture model reduces the need for site visits improving efficiency, reducing the environment impact, and reducing COVID risks.
Matterport Virtual Tours
We capture your space using high resolution 360-degree cameras and provide a 3D web-based, interactive virtual tour of your building. Users can explore your property from any smart phone, tablet, or computer in their own time from their home or workplace. This reduces COVID risks from face-to-face contact, and the environmental impact of unnecessary travel. A few of the many customisation features we can add to your tour are embedding interactive content, adding video calling, and using measuring tools.
