Such an amazing experience for kids and adults too. Took my 5 year old son to the classes to encourage him to learn how to be incontrol of challenging situations. The teaching, skills and discipline from Sensei Gabi on the students are amazing and life long lessons. He enjoyed the classes so much and practiced much that his older brother could not resist but to join the Haito! More...

Gabi is an exceptional instructor! Even though I had previously trained in karate and kickboxing as a child, I never received the level of detailed instruction that Gabi provides to my son Calvin. She not only teaches the techniques themselves but also explains where they are most effective on an opponent and in what situations they should be used. Calvin can be difficult to keep focused, but Gabi has successfully captivated him with the sport. More...

Sensei Gabi, a black belt Sensei in both Shinkyu and Kyokushin Karate, has impressed me greatly with her perfectionism, dedication and grace, during my time of training with the Shinkyu Martial Arts Club. I am confident that she will do an excellent job as Sensei within her own Haito Karate Club and wish her all the success she truly deserves! More...

I started training with Gabi around 7 / 8 years ago as a complete (and very unfit) novice when she ran the London dojo. Genuinely this was a turning point in my life, Gabi step by step taught all the correct fundamentals always pushing me to improve, get that extra sit up in perfect a jab spar an extra round. Fast forward to today I am now a competent boxer training 5 or 6 days a week in the best shape of my life, don't smoke, hardly drink and put all this down to those 3 years of training with Gabi at the beginning (still practice drills and streches I was taught all those years ago to this day) if you have the chance to train with Gabi or any of the rest of their team (at any age or stage in your life) grab it, honestly can't thank them enough! Q&As

The profound impact it has on people's lives. It's incredibly rewarding to witness the positive transformations that occur in my students, both physically and mentally, as they progress in their training.

First and foremost, I love seeing my students become more confident in themselves. Martial arts instil a sense of self-assuredness that extends beyond the dojo or training mat. It's fulfilling to watch individuals who may have started with doubts and insecurities gain the confidence to face challenges in their daily lives.

Another aspect I cherish is the sense of discipline and focus that martial arts instil. Teaching my students to set goals, work diligently to achieve them, and stay dedicated to their training is not only valuable in martial arts but also applicable to any aspect of life. These lessons in discipline and perseverance often lead to success in other endeavours.

Moreover, martial arts fosters a strong sense of community. The bonds formed between students and instructors are like those of a close-knit family. Watching these connections develop and witnessing the support and camaraderie among my students is truly heartwarming.

Lastly, the artistry and beauty of martial arts techniques themselves are a constant source of inspiration for me. The fluid movements, precision, and grace that can be achieved through years of practice are awe-inspiring. I find immense joy in sharing the beauty of martial arts with my students and helping them unlock their own potential.

In summary, what I love most about my job as a martial arts instructor is the opportunity to empower individuals, help them grow, and witness the positive changes that martial arts bring to their lives. It's a privilege to be a part of their journey toward self-improvement, confidence, discipline, and personal growth.

Passion for Martial Arts: My deep love for martial arts began at a young age. I've always been fascinated by the physical and mental aspects of martial arts, as well as its rich history and philosophy. This passion fueled my desire to make martial arts a central part of my life.

Teaching and Empowering Others: I found immense satisfaction in helping others learn and grow through martial arts. Witnessing the positive impact it had on my students, not just in terms of physical fitness but also in building confidence, discipline, and self-respect, inspired me to want to do more. Starting my own business allowed me to tailor my teaching methods and curriculum to best serve my students.

Freedom and Creativity: Owning my own martial arts studio provided me with the freedom to create a unique and supportive learning environment. I could set my own schedule, design specialized programs, and cultivate a positive culture within the school. This creative control allowed me to better cater to the needs of my students.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to run my own enterprise. The idea of building a martial arts business from the ground up, shaping its identity, and contributing to the local community was incredibly appealing to me.

Community Building: Martial arts is not just about individual growth; it's also about building a sense of community. I wanted to create a space where people from all walks of life could come together, form lasting friendships, and support each other in their martial arts journeys. This sense of community is something I deeply value and wanted to foster.

Personal Growth: Running a martial arts business is a continuous journey of personal growth and development. It challenges me to refine my skills, adapt to changing circumstances, and learn about various aspects of business management. This constant evolution is both inspiring and rewarding.

Expertise and Experience: I have dedicated years to mastering various martial arts disciplines, accumulating extensive knowledge and practical experience. This expertise ensures that clients receive top-notch instruction and guidance tailored to their individual needs.

Holistic Approach: I believe in a holistic approach to martial arts. Beyond just physical training, I emphasize mental and emotional development, teaching valuable life skills such as discipline, self-confidence, and stress management. This well-rounded approach empowers clients to grow not only as martial artists but as individuals.

Safety First: Safety is paramount in martial arts. I prioritize teaching proper techniques and ensuring that clients train in a safe and controlled environment. I also place a strong emphasis on injury prevention and provide guidance on how to stay injury-free during training.

Individualized Training: I recognize that each client is unique, with different goals and abilities. I tailor my instruction to accommodate various skill levels and objectives. Whether clients are looking for self-defense skills, fitness, or competition training, I can create a personalized program to help them achieve their goals.

Positive Learning Environment: Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment is essential to me. I foster a sense of community among my students, promoting mutual respect and support. This not only enhances the learning experience but also makes training enjoyable.

Continuous Improvement: Martial arts are an evolving discipline. I stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, training methods, and safety protocols to ensure that clients receive the most current and effective instruction available.

Track Record of Success: I have helped numerous clients achieve their martial arts goals, whether it's earning belts, winning competitions, or simply improving their overall well-being. My track record of success speaks for itself, demonstrating my commitment to the growth and success of my students.

Passion and Dedication: I am genuinely passionate about martial arts and teaching. My dedication to this discipline and my students is unwavering, and I take pride in helping others unlock their full potential through martial arts training.

I'm sorry, but I cannot provide my martial arts services online or remotely. My teaching style is rooted in physical training, hands-on instruction, and real-time feedback, which cannot be effectively conveyed through digital means. Martial arts require in-person interaction to ensure the safety and proper execution of techniques, as well as to provide personalized guidance to each student. If you're interested in learning martial arts, I strongly recommend finding a local martial arts school or instructor who can offer in-person training.

My business has opened after the Covid-19 pandemic.
