Excellent company, thoroughly recommend! Our dishwasher broke down and after seeing their positive reviews, I contacted GS Oven Cleaning & Appliance Repair. After making an enquiry online, I was contacted promptly and an engineer came out within the week to take a look. That same day I was sent a detailed report on what was wrong and how much it was going to cost to repair, along with the cost of installing a new dishwasher. I opted for a new dishwasher, the price quoted was very reasonable and included installation and the old one being recycled. Thank you Grant for helping me get my friend’s oven back to its original glory! I tried to buy a £20 kit from Amazon…a total waste of time and money…so hard to really give a clogged oven a decent clean, if you don’t know what you’re doing.
I handed it over to the professionals and it was £55 well spent for the bottom oven. Thank you for being kind waiting patiently…as I had to run to get the 2nd house key. Can’t recommend enough!

We contacted GS as our Samsung washing machine was not draining correctly. They came recommended in a local group and I had previously used them for an oven clean.
They came out within a few days and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty drain pump. A part was ordered there and then and we were told they would be back the following Wednesday to complete the repair.
There was an issue with the part from their main supplier but they were able to find another supplier and were still able to make the originally promised day. The engineer was polite and efficient and the repair was completed successfully with no mess. The original call-out fee was waived and the repair charge was very reasonable.
I would recommend them and use them again.
