For fishing it's a good size,a bit clear but there are some nice carp in there well over 30lb.

Gorgeous place. Did the hair and makeup for a bride who had stayed in a yurt the night prior to her wedding day. Weather was gorgeous so we got ready outside on the balcony of the yurt overlooking a beautiful lake that had a gorgeous little swan family living in it. Stunning ❤️

As a venue it is a lovely setting if your wedding is in or outdoors and the staff were very friendly. There are 4 little glamping areas that are excellent 1 of these used by some of the wedding party and 2 yurts by small ponds very nice aswell but cost of hire i do not know. As for us caravaners we had a whole field to ourselves and it was peaceful. Unfortunately there are no locks on any of the gents toilets and similar in the ladies according to my wife. Showers were modern and good to use. All in all a pleasent weekend had by us all. More...

It was fully furnished with everything and more you could think of for a Camping/Glamping experience. The bed with fairy lights top & bottom (although one set very dim and the other missing a battery! )Id brought spare batteries and didnt resent having to put them in.The marshmellows jar were not refilled and thats it Thats all we can "moan" about! The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. There was a Wedding on and it was busy. I hope the powers that be apprieciate their staff as they worked their socks off and couldnt have done enough for us. Although our afternoon tea was late they were on it within minutes and all genuinley concerned and apologetic but it didnt spoil our experience. I would definitely recommend Afternoon Tea and the Breakfast Hamper. Yes the showers were well used and theres always room for improvment but 10/10 for effort. All thats left to say is...
