We started this company 7 years ago and created the other 2 companies just as we emerged from Covid.

We couldn't find a company good enough to develop our projects and investments - so we did it ourselves.

Property Maintenance
We offer property maintenance and repairs for local estate agencies and private landlords.
At GPG we use an online portal for our clients to upload their jobs, this gives them full traceability of the works from start to finish. We catalogue all equipment we install for out clients and set service dates and checks etc automatically via the portal.
Our investment side of the business deals with long term lets, building management, HMO living and more recently - government backed schemes for rehabilitation and homelessness.
