About

We are a fun and friendly Pilates and Movement studio. We offer Pilates, Zumba, chiball, yoga, meditation and chair based exercises class. Our classes are suitable for a range of clients from beginners to advanced and we welcome everyone to come and give it a try for FREE.

Being a male in a generally female dominated environment was initially a bit daunting for me but i was made to feel very welcome by everyone. Great classes, so far have tried pilates, boxercise and express abs with Claudine, as well as Tina's supple strength sessions. Overall very pleased, great choice of classes for all abilities, great instruction and good value. Highly recommended. #Notjustforwomen! More...

Fantastic studio. So welcoming and Claudine is so friendly and lovely. The only thing I wish you did was have a small area for treadmills, weights, and few other machines, that’s the only thing that holds me back from becoming a member. Love it here though, thank you. 😍

I love that I get to spend my time with such lovely people, who always make me smile and laugh. I feel grateful when I see the difference exercise and movement makes to people's minds and bodies.

I wanted a space to have all my own equipment, to share with clients and offer accessibility to all.

I have 33 years experience in exercise and movement, I have numerous qualifications in fitness, Pilates, rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, lower back pain and many others.

We offer matwork Pilates classes suitable for all levels of fitness and ability

Zumba is a Latin American rhythm based workout which is fun, energetic and sweaty! just give it a go! Zumba is about feeling good, enjoying exercise and finishing a workout with a huge smile on your face! Suitable for all levels and abilities

We offer a range of 121 and duet sessions in our equipment studio, this includes the use of the reformer, wunda chair, barrel and mat.

We offer Pilates for those who need to work with more specialised support, suitable for those with back, hip and knee pain, restricted movement, and spinal disorders such as scoliosis, osteoporosis and osteopenia.

ChiBall is a mind body exercise programme that combines the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with Colour and Aromatherapy plus Musicality and Movement.

This is a fun class suitable for everyone, it includes some aerobic moves in the chair, some strength work using bands and weights, and a gentle stretch.

This is a fantastic class for those who want to enjoy the benefits of Pilates but find getting up and down from the floor difficult. We use a range of equipment to get a full body workout and we have a lot of fun and laughter.

This is a great class for those find getting up and down off the floor challenging, it includes a range of poses and movements as well as a range of breathing techniques. It is suitable for all abilities with options and adaptations.

Yoga means unite or join, bringing together of mind and body through our breath. Our Yoga class will begin and end with relaxation, sun salutations and various postures (asanas). Yoga is suitable for all abilities with options and adaptations.
