How long have you been in business?
Gracious Health Solutions Ltd has been in operation since 2016, providing care services, with a number of Service Users, with varying needs.
We seek to continue to expand our business, providing a wide range of high-quality services. Our main focus of service is Domiciliary Care, providing care for those in need of support to maintain their well-being and independence.
Gracious Health Services has now expanded to providing cleaning services as Gracious Cleaning Solutions. established July 2023. Our staff are trained in Health and Safety, Manual Handling and Level 5 Cleaning Certificate. They are also DBS Certified and thoroughly screened to ensure we hire only the highest quality services. Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Domiciliary Care Services-
Our care staff will bring their own Personal Protective Equipment, with a weekly supply sent to the Service Users home for the staff to use. Assessments will be carried to determine where PPE and other equipment are required in order to ensure safe practice. If PPE is required, there will be no extra charge.

Providing care and promoting independence for is an essential factor in our contribution to the community and society. Overseeing the progress and working in partnership with Service Users provides a satisfaction that is indescribable. We take pride in our duties, ensuring the upmost quality of care.

Gracious Health Solutions Limited -
Gracious Health Solutions Limited was created with the goal of expanding our ability to provide care for those who need it, in the comfort of their own homes. After working in many care settings, we observed the benefits of Domiciliary Care, and wanted to continue promoting at home care. At home care, allows for a level of comfort that cannot be provided in other clinical settings.

We provide in-person services only, including:
- Domiciliary Care services - providing Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant and/or Live-In Care Assistant to support you in your own home. The form of care depends on individual needs ensuring that we promote independence and provide support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have continued to ensure Health and Safety practices are maintained.
Our staff are encouraged to be up-to-date with vaccinations.
PPE is mandatory for those with the personal care of our Service Users, and is encouraged during other interactions where risk is medium-to high risk for COVID-19/ H1N1, etc.
Domiciliary Care
Domiciliary care is provided by our experienced staff, who provide high-quality care and assistance within your own home.
Our duties and responsibilities include:
• Companionship
• Assisting in personal care
• Meal preparation, assisting in feeding and supervising eating and drinking, promoting as much independence as possible.
• Assisting in medication administration
• Assisting in duties such as shopping, appointments etc
• Assisting in mobility – Moving and Handling
• Adhering to the service users Individual Healthcare Plan
• Monitoring health and well-being
• Communicating with Multi-disciplinary Team
• Reporting to Home Care Manager
Shift Options Available:
7 am - 7 pm
8 am -8 pm
9 am - 9 pm
We can deliver care according to your needs, hourly or more depending on the individual needs.
Live-in Healthcare Assistant
We have Healthcare Assistants that provide 1:1 live-in care. Our staff are all experienced in care. In the comfort of your own home, our staff will be there for you, 24/7 providing:
• Companionship
• Assisting in personal care
• Meal preparation, assisting in feeding and supervising eating and drinking, promoting as much independence as possible.
• Assisting in medication administration
• Assisting in duties such as shopping, appointments etc
• Assisting in mobility – Moving and Handling
• Adhering to the service users Individual Healthcare Plan
• Monitoring health and well-being
• Communicating with Multi-disciplinary Team
• Reporting to Home Care Manager
Shift Options Available:
4 days
1 week
2 weeks
The shifts chosen will be based on assessment and communication to ensure satisfactory care.
This service will require a spare bedroom for the Healthcare Assistant, to provide sleeping space.
We will work directly with service users in providing high-quality assistance.
We charge on a weekly basis which is much more affordable and have peace of mind.

Night Care Healthcare Assistant
As Night Shift Care Assistants, we provide support for you or your loved ones during the night.
These services include a wide range of duties and responsibilities, which include:
• Assist with preparing residents for bed and/or assist them in the morning.
• Assisting in personal care
• Meal preparation, assisting in feeding and supervising eating and drinking, promoting as much independence as possible.
• Assisting in medication administration
• Adhering to the service users Individual Healthcare Plan
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Monitoring health and well-being
• Communicating with Multi-disciplinary Team
• Reporting to Home Care Manager
This service will require a spare bedroom for the Healthcare Assistant, to provide sleeping space.
We will work directly with service users in providing high-quality assistance during the night and early morning when required.
Shift Options Available:
7pm - 7am
8pm -8am
9pm - 9am
Night Support Worker
We can provide 1:1 support for you or your loved ones who need minimal support during the night.
The staff will be working in accordance with any service specification or Individual Healthcare Plan, and have peace of mind that there is someone available to give support during the night.

Cleaning Services
Our employed staff are experienced and DBS certified to provide high quality cleaning. We can provide cleaning services accordingly to your requirements.
Services include
- Surfaces wiped down and sanitised
- Doors and doorframes wiped and sanitised
- Walls wiped down and dusted
- Kitchen cleaned, trash taken out, outside of fridge cleaned, sink cleaned (must be clear)
- Radiator dusted and wiped (front and back)
- Bathroom cleaned
-Sweeping, cleaning, and mopping floors.
