My partner and I stayed here with our 2 very young children for 4 nights after it being highly recommended to us. We arrived home late last night and already cannot wait to go back. Kelly, Wes and the whole team done absolutely anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We would usually spend the day down the beach when we visit however, we spent most afternoons on the decking with a couple of drinks, the cocktails are to die for Sol was absolutely amazing with my 1 year old, she absolutely loved him. We had a sea view room which had the most spectacular of views and was very spacious, modern and tidy. Breakfast is lovely and so are the dinners, compliments to the chef! All bar/waiter staff are brilliant, very friendly and do anything for you, especially Sol and Tom. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not fault anything. If you’re looking for something, friendly, close to the beach, nice rooms and lovely food Gracellie is definitely for you. We felt right at home from the second we arrived and were very sad to leave. We were welcomed to the restaurant by the very friendly team and escorted to our table. Nothing was 2 much trouble. The food order was prompt and the food was exceptional, fresh vegetables and a great choice of meats cooked to perfection. We had drinks on the terrace. There was live music and fabulous views. We ate last night at the Gracellie Hotel which was packed with people wanting to take advantage of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. It took an hour to get the starters then over an hour to get the mains. Most meals were ok apart from the Macaroni Cheese lacked any cheese flavour or presentation. Just returned from an overnight stay here. Absolutely amazing service from the new management team. Wes is a legend. He could not do enough to make sure we had an among stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The food took the stay into the next league. I have never had such an amazing steak ever, topped with the most brilliant peppercorn sauce. The chef is absolutely amazing. Tom is a very friendly member of staff and nothing was too much trouble. The mermaid gin taster was so good we had to come back for more. on Monday the Gracellie hosted my mum's wake and honestly they could not have done anything more for us. the venue is brilliant, spacious and the decor looks fab. the food put out was delicious and very appetizing to the eyes. the barman's service was excellent from a well stocked bar. and Wes was second to none, nothing was to much of an effort! all in all a fantastic venue which has a lot to offer!
