Goran carried out a structural repair to my raised decking, actually doing more than initially agreed, and sourced extra materials for parts that I hadn't anticipated needed replacing. He also trimmed the bottom of an internal door which we hadn't discussed prior to his arrival, without any fuss. He was efficient, competent, obliging, tidy and diligent with very good communication throughout. After 8 months of being let down by others I finally have safe and secure decking again! More...
