A fab place I stayed at Oulton hall last week what a disaster and today what a complete difference the general manager Stacy is fab nothing to much trouble the service is 2nd to non,no idea why it’s not more stars ⭐️ than what it is we had room service and was with us in 30 mins I’m looking forward to returning once a week as I have a pub and only get one day off and want to spend it here .

booked spa day & afternoon tea. Dream Spa was absolutely amazing, friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, facilities very clean, social distancing was in place so felt very safe. I bought two afternoon tea vouchers for my grandparents for Christmas hoping lockdown would have been over for them to use them when my grandma fell ill and could no longer leave the house to use them. Stacey was incredible and made up an afternoon tea for me to take to them at home to enjoy. It was amazing and they thoroughly enjoyed it. absolutely amazing stay, Danny was superb, during the booking process was very informative, outlining all of the current changes due to covid but instilled confidence and safe piece of mind about the trip. On arrival Abi was amazing on the front desk, and was amazing with out two little ones. our littlest one had her sunflower lanyard on which she picked up on straight away and made it as welcoming as perfectly possible. All the staff we so friendly. On our first evening meal the little one was tired, excited and overly emotional, Jemma was brillaint, chatting away with them so much so both little ones think they have made a friend for life. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, Simon, Jess and the spa team were all amzing. Stacy was also incredbile, in very nervous and testing tomes she ensured that all of our needs we're met and that our stay was nothing short of amazing. the food in the restaurant is great value for money, you definitely won't go hungry! to sum up this was a much needed post lock down escape, then team were incredible and made every effort to ensure that covid didn't affect the . all protocols we're in place and didn't impact the stay at all. it really felt like a home away from home but with none of the daily chores! we all can't wait to visit you again!!? We had a wonderful time today booked on the lockdown retreat, fantastic massages from laura and a lovely pedicure and polish, facilities were excellent, and just the right number of people allowed in the spa.
