How do I begin ; I am somewhat disappointed with Ghost WritersI have been more than patient; I began writing my first book back in 2016, but I decided to get professional assistant so I contacted Ghostwriters.
I paid the first 1600.00 to get things started back in May 2020, l was assigned a project manager named Jason who was assigned to me for additional support. I was thinking 🤔 the book was heading in the right direction but I was constantly emailing this company to see how the progress was going, I sent email after email finally I heard from Jason and he said the book was coming along but I needed to send another 1100.00 to get the book published, Still NO book. I called the company and was informed by someone named Amanda that Jason was no longer working there and she apologized and said she would be assisting me , this was I August 2020, to her credit, I did get a 90 page manuscript to edit but I paid for a 120-170 book; I had written most of the chapters myself, really I just need coaching. I guess the most frustrating thing is you as the customer have to continually contact them, otherwise they don’t let you know anything. So I sent the manuscript back for editing. I was told by Amanda that the company would add about 20 additional pages, this was around Oct 2, still no book; I then received a call from their supposedly Marketing team that said They will need an additional 2000. For 6 months of marketing, Still no book 📚; I was laid off due to COVID and I used all of my savings to get my book published. I am at my wits end; I was told by marketing that I would get my book on Kindle and the marketing would create the website. I have been more than patient trying to understand but this is ridiculous. The customer service is terrible ☹️, I am exhausted 😴. I didn’t want to demonize this company but I would suggest that they get professional customer service, After paying 3600.00 you would expect royal 👑 service. Here is is November and still NO Book; I just wat the delivery of my product or refund my money 💰
Very disappointed. This company does not provide quality writing. This company does not stick to timelines and when you complain they come up with so many excuses. On there website it states if you aren't satisfied with the service you can get a refund but they won't. I now have to get a lawyer involved. Don't use this company.
