Found a wasp nest in the wall of the house today, called Gino who was recommended to me by a colleague. he came to the house within an hour and calmly got rid of the wasps. Had Gino come down to sort out mice issues that were bothering me and my family for a number of months now. Fantastic service provided. Came out and started the work on the first visit. A further 3 visits to look and reload traps and then the final visit to spray a disinfectant in every room. Gino responded to our call the same day - we had a rat infestation which Gino dealt with brilliantly - made 5 visits and then cleaned up all the 'rat poo' and finally disinfected the whole area - he put rat proof fittings in the sewer pipe to future proof the work - Gino was very easy to relate too and nothing was too much trouble - Thank you Gino

We saw there was a stall at an event in the summer and thought we would go over. We had a one year old and I was nervous for my son to be around the birds, however I had no need to worry as Gino was brilliant and could tell every move the birds would make before it happened so there was no need for me to worry. I said to him are you psychic to which he laughed and said he can tell from the way he holds himself. When my son gets a bit bigger I will book a Nordic Walk Experience because it looks fantastic. I sent Gino a message about a wasps nest we had found in the brickwork of our house and he offered to come out on the same day, which was a relief when you have children running around and an angry wasps nest. Unfortunately that day wasn't doable for us but when I messaged him the following Saturday morning he came that evening to sort.
