What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people achieve what they thought was impossible. There is nothing better than being there to help guide them through what can be such a complex process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to help people without restriction of being tied to a rigid procedure. Not every client is the same and I do not like nonsensical bureaucracy which does not benefit my clients.
I also love the life/work balance.
Why should our clients choose you?
I like being considered "our mortgage guy". I want to be there to genuinely help people looking to mortgage. I want my customers to feel like they can call and ask me anything about the mortgage process and be able to assist when they need it.

Both! We provide both online, over the phone services and can even organise onsite visit our clients local to us.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Currently, we think it's best not to arrange any visits to help stop the spread of Covid but if we do visit, we ensure appropriate personal protective equipment is used.
