�Mini Yoga Cruise� I attended this cruise on my own. However from beginning to end, I had a warm welcome from everyone and not once did I feel alone. The core fitness was just what I needed as I’ve been putting off doing high intensity exercise for sometime but this helped me realise I can do it!! The Hatha Yoga on top deck was fantastic. Looking at the amazing views while standing in warrior 2 pose, really just brought nature into the practice. Having the roof open just added an extra touch and a feeling of openness to the practice. The vegan food looked amazing and tasted just as good. I especially liked the crushed avocado on toast. There was plenty for everyone. The day ended with everyone receiving goody bags from house of Fraser. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and there was time to take in the views, enjoy the cruise and the Loch. Just had an amazing day with Megan and Sade on the cruise mini yoga retreat and it was outstanding I loved it and wouldn’t change a thing except do them more often, I feel amazing xx � �

Did such a fab workout today at the April boot camp! The mix of workouts (strength, cardio, Pilates, and yoga) was great and the food was DELISH! If anyone is thinking about going, alone or with a pal, just go for it. Such a nice group of ladies too. More...

I attended a bootcamp on Sunday with the girls, 4 hours which was a great balance off both cardio and pilates / yoga. It was a special touch to sit down at the end and enjoy a beautifully prepared meal with the other ladies. ..... will be back for another first class great group � More...

I️ took classes from Sade at Glasgow Uni for 4 months and was BLOWN away with the results! Not only is she an incredible trainer, but an amazing friend and person! She keeps you motivated and pushes you to reach above and beyond your goals. I️ currently train in New York and miss taking her classes everyday! I love this team!! Both are such an inspiration for me!! I knew Shadé as I joined her classes at gym and now I can't imagine myself working out without her. She is a brilliant and such a motivational instructor!!!! I am more keen on cardio and weights but I am sure that this team will definitely change me my mind and love yoga too!! A fantastic fitness session, I usually only do pilates and light jogging but the session gave me a real boost. I have been feeling stronger and fitter and am looking forward to the next one.

Had a brilliant work out with Shade and Megan at their event. 4 hours of movement and fitness incorporating Pilates cardio yoga and free weights. It was brlliant!! To round off we had a gorgeous selection of healthy food and drinks and Devine protein balls which I NEED to make myself! Definitely recommend these 2 ladies to train you.
