I love boxing, I love working with different people, helping people with different life styles find the most efficient way to reach their goals, I see my clients goals as my own personal goals that need reaching too.

Being in control of my schedule and being able to be a professional boxer around that.

I have over 10 years experience as an athlete and continue to compete today as a professional boxer.

I have also been lucky enough to work with all kinds of athletes ranging from beginners all the way to olympic and professional athletes in different sports.

I have worked with many different body types and abilities, as well as faced many different challenges and obstacles with my own training and clients (injuries and illness) making me confident whatever your goal is, I can help you.

I provide an online service, where I will write you a customised program over 4 - 8 weeks, you will be able to see this on your phone though an app called TrueCoach. I will be able to see your progress as you go, send you messages, and we will keep in contact every other day to see how you are feeling, and if we need to make adjustments based on your energy levels and life around training.

I have been vaccinated, I am a young healthy guy and have had covid twice. I understand people have different symptoms - please let me know if you are worried about catching covid and I will do all I can to make you feel comfortable.

Services

One to one boxing coaching is the fastest way to improve your boxing skills.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or seasoned fighter, I can help you improve your skill with personalised pad work, drills, and eventually technique sparring (sparring at 50 - 70% with drills and techniques in mind) .

I will also show you unique warm ups and mobility routines used by boxers to gain range of motion and fluidity when fighting, as well specific strength and conditioning routines for boxers that will optimise power and volume in punching.

Personalised training programs to reach the goals you set.

I will send you your personalised program through the app TrueCoach, and we will keep in contact every training day to monitor progress and make changes if need be.

Whatever your goal may be, whether it is to rehabilitate from coming back from an injury, increase your bench press, shave off time running for a marathon, or fit into a dress you used to wear. I am confident I can get you there with personalised strength & conditioning sessions built around your individual needs and goals.
