What do you love most about your job?
At Future Adventures we are aware that start ups and small business cannot always justify, afford or even accommodate full time management positions, leaving business owners and directors spending time away from creative processes and the passions that their businesses are founded upon.
This is why we offer the services that we do.
For us, the best part of our job is seing our clients back in the driving seat of their business, fufiflling their passions and letting their creative vision flow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Future Adventures is the creation of our Director Ian Rees, a management veteran with nearly 20 years management experience in a multitude of industries.
Regularly described in his career as a fixer, a leader, an organiser and seen as the ‘go to guy’ to get things sorted, Ian saw an opportunity to take these skills and apply them on a consultancy level to a wider audience who may not have access to these kind of resources and experience.
Ian saw many businesses that needed help, but didn’t have the resources or experience required, or couldn’t justify, afford or accommodate a new employee to implement these necessary changes. He saw an opportunity for his skills and experience to be a step for companies to get to the next stage of their journey.
This vision led to the concept of stepping stones, a nod back to all the projects, stores, offices and individuals that Ian had been a stepping stone for on their journey of development.
The Future Adventures company vision ‘The Stepping Stone To Your Greatest Adventure’ is our way of us describing our values, of being what you and your business needs at this current time to establish and perfect your legacy.

Pay As You Go Services
As simple as it sounds, you use our services as and when you require, for example a set day a week, or just a few hours every month, simply charged at an hourly rate determined by the tasks required to be completed.
Monthly Retainer Services
Again, nice and straight forward. Based on your work needs, we establish a monthly retainer cost for you. Our services are then available to you every day as required, whether in person, over the phone or via email.
This means real time results for your business being able to sort issues, complete tasks and finalise projects as if we were in your building with you as a full time team member.
As part of this service we can also use a business registered email address for your company and even have a job title of your choosing, so we operate internally and externally as one of your team.
One Off Project Services
With many years of successful Project Management in place, Future Adventures can also help with one off Project Management needs.
Whether the launch of a new project or service, the implementation of a new HR policy, or even just a back office de-clutter, we can quote for a one off project based entirely on your individual needs.

Recrutiment:
We offer recruitment services, from establishing job role requirements through to job description creation and vacancy advertisement.
Future Adventures can also shortlist and interview prospective candidates on your behalf, providing you with a section of top level candidates for latter interview and selection
HR Relations:
We also offer internal HR relation services for your team, including documentation creation (such as staff handbook, contract, staff policies and review materials) mentoring, infrastructure implementation, conduct and capability issues, performance management and staff training and development.
