How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Common client goals include losing weight, eating healthier and getting stronger, but regardless of the end goal I always take time to find out what motivates my clients. Why do they want to lose the weight, eat healthier or get stronger? What makes them feel empowered and in control? What do they enjoy eating or doing for exercise? It is a lot easier to stick to a workout and eating regime if you take time to figure put what is right for each individual person. The bottom line is I find out what makes my clients feel great and use that to help devise the plans for achieving their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Really wanting it then having the will power to achieve your dreams.
What do you love most about your job?
The variation day to day and all the interesting people you get to meet. I have been doing this job for the last 25 years and cant imagine ever wanting to do anything else.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love a challenge and have a passion for the fitness industry, so I suppose it was going to happen.

I am passionate about helping people to achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be. I have been working in the fitness industry for along time and have seen so many people change their lives forever, its amazing !
