I ordered a single inspection service with them. Never had such a professional pest control technician team, compared to what I booked from another company last time. These guys are so professional and check the whole property so seriously with any tiny places, even though places we never met the mouse. (Price agreed before he conducted the whole inspection!) Fantastic company which I highly recommend. We had a rodent problem. There was a hole next to the outdoor waste pipe which is why we contacted Frosts pest control but there had been a mouse in the cellar as well which Jay discovered.
All dealt with safely and expertly and problem solved.
Jay was brilliant, very thorough, explained the process throughout and put my mind totally at ease.
The person I spoke to initially was great too and they both really know their subject.
Prices are upfront, extremely fair and good value. I would confidently recommend the company to anyone. I hope I don't need the service again but if I do, they will be my first call.
