What do you love most about your job?
Being able to support companies to get the basics right, progress their business and look after their employees is really important to me. Likewise, helping them to create a awesome culture for their employees.
I love to support individuals to know their rights, understand how to ask for them at work and work with their employers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 16 years in the workplace, I had a family and the decision to return to my employer wasn't available. I instead took stock and some time out and went on to set up Fresh Solutions HR. I volunteer time to work related causes that I strongly support, such as flexible working and supporting women in the workplace and combine this with a career in HR.

Yes, the last 12 months I have offered my services completely remotely and I am all set up to do so. I truly believe that this is the future for many organisations and the reality today. I am happy to work with your business now and look forward to a time when I can visit you face to face as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my work is done online and over online software.
FREE HR Consultation - 1hr
I offer an initial FREE HR Consultation for all business clients. We can get to know each other, understand what you're looking for or to achieve and what resources you need.
HR Employee or Company handbook
Are you looking to introduce a handbook and dont know where to start? Do you have a handbook already that needs reviewing?
This 4-6 hour service provides you with all of the support that you need to get going.
Individual advice or policy
I provide individual advice for people who may need support with a challenging situation at work or advice on a situation before they visit an employment lawyer. I offer 30 minutes free consultation and then reasonable rates moving forward.
HR Project work
I offer support for existing HR companies and HR departments with HR project work. Perhaps you need help implementing a new system or process, or you need an extra pair of hands. I am on hand to help.
HR Retainer
Some companies always like to know that I am on hand to help and this is where a retainer comes into play. I offer a monthly retainer fee for small to medium sized companies who need day to day advice at the end of the phone or email.
