I can honestly say when I called Fresh Law after my details had been passed over from Sean.
Anastasia went out of her way went above and beyond spent her own time with me to ensure I understood everything about my distressing and upsetting situation.

I cannot recommend Anastasia enough. I phoned on a Saturday morning as I urgently needed advice for Monday morning. I could not get through but she returned my call shorty after. She then spent 20 minuted listening to my issue, gave me some initial advise and said she would call me on Monday morning after looking into the issue so she would be able to advise on my options
On Monday she called and gave me advice as promised. My issue related to building planning and part of her advise was not to engage her services as the Council planning enforcement department would deal with my case for free. In addition to this there was no charge for the time and advice she gave me even though I expected and would have been happy to paid for it!
This is how you build trust and was so refreshing. She was genuinely happy to help and will be my first point of call if I need legal services in the future.
