Freestyle Martial Arts is our new love in our family. Our son is looking forward to when he comes to class. Despite the fact that our son has recently joined Freestyle Martial Arts, I would really like to write a review about this amazing place. Great love began with the first letter that I received upon registration, which contained all the necessary information about the location of the classes, time, clothes in which you need to come and so on. Maybe for someone it doesn't matter, but after this letter I didn't have any questions, which is very rare when a child starts some kind of sport. Freestyle Martial Arts provides the form. This is absolutely great. Freestyle Martial arts is not only about good physical shape, but also concentration, respect for a partner, strength, flexibility, power and all instructors, it also is about friendship and be surrounded by motivated people :) Mr Manning and all other instructors (Mr Wearing, Miss Taylor and Mr Cox) are absolutely wonderful, very attentive, competent and do everything that depends on them so that all children and adults in the class are covered by their attention and help if some exercise does not work out. Sometimes they arrange games with sports elements, which helps everyone to take a break, gain strength and continue to do exercises. This is a fantastic place to train whether it be on your own or as a whole family, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the classes are fun and great not just for self defence but also for confidence, fitness and self discipline, no matter your age, experience or ability, these classes are truely for anyone. Just a thank you to FMA and all instructors to get us all to the levels we are today,martial arts is not new to me and have experience in a few martial arts academies and boxing academies,but this one has everything you need involved and a very welcoming group there,asking for advise is very easy to go to the instructors and you feel apart of a team,would highly recommend it,thanks FMA team 🙏

My son, Jack, has been coming to these classes for about four years now. The fantastic team, led by Chris have been superb in helping Jack develop confidence, fitness and awareness. Jack has recently achieved his black belt, and whilst we hope he’ll not need to call upon these life skills, we can’t thank the team enough for equipping him with the necessary self defence tools. Highly recommended! Absolutely love the classes, instructors and the community. I recommend at least trying the taster class if you're a little reluctant to join. Love this class. My daughter went a few years' ago and then dropped out but joined again last year with me and her older sister in tow. The team are friendly and professional, the warm-up workout is excellent for fitness, and the classes are fun and instructive. My husband, son and myself started with FMA two months ago and we absolutely love it, it's brilliant being able to train with family and gives us something to really bond over, especially with us all being quite passionate about it, we look forward to coming every week. The classes are brilliant, not only are they great for self defence but also for building confidence, fitnes and discipline with the added bonus of being fun and they're great value!
