What do you love most about your job?
I love being a small part of my customers' success. When you truly get to understand collaborators' drive and passion for their project, and help them iron out any potential concerns that may arise from risk assessments and contractual provisions, almost anything becomes possible. For me, contracting is about providing solutions, and making things happens. Our motto has its roots in research, but it applies to all we do: we help you excel!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Specifically, the fact that so many colleagues in support functions are overworked and under valued, and that research and business excellence suffers as a consequence.
Fact: no organisation's effort can succeed without a well resourced and well rewarded support function. You can automate as much as you want, but you still need people to maintain the equipment. Do not underestimate the importance of your support staff. They are the oil in your corporate machine.
Frascati is about providing cost effective support; not only in terms of work load, but expertise - offering insights on ways of working. Whether you need short-term overflow support or something more structural, we can help.

Mentoring
As a neurodivergent lawyer, it is particularly important to me to motivate and mentor fellow neurodivergents who might be interested in working in the legal profession.
I am an experienced and qualified mentor, participating in the 2021/22 ARMA Mentoring Scheme, and am happy to offer mentoring services to ND (young) adults.
