How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Only the client can tell if it suits there needs as insulation, electrics and mechanical can be installed. External drainage etc can all be sorted but obviously proximity to services will affect price and may make it financially unviable
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Depends on existing build and requirements. Generally the garage door will be replaced with windows. Services brought in and walls and ceilings insulated and plastered
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Head height , existing joists . Most premade lightweight trusses do not lend to conversion as they can’t be cut and would need to be removed and replaced with suitable structural timbers
How long have you been in business?
Nine years but was a subcontractor to many of the major contractors and in effect carried out the work. Was also employee by major companies to manage their sites
