The Formula Health team are very knowledgeable and it was of extra value that they had experience of looking after top racing drivers. This meant that physiologically and nutritionally they could address the needs of my son who is a racing driver. The physiological assessment revealed areas requiring correction specific to him and also provided preventative measures for know stresses on a racing driver's body. He feels much better for it. My husband went to see Gemma at Formula health for neck and shoulder problems amongst other problems Gemma actually thought that he was suffering from Parkinson’s disease which was confirmed after an appointment with a consultant He had been treated for anxiety by his GP for months but due to only being able to have telephone consultations this was not diagnosed We cannot thank Gemma enough as he’s now on the correct medication and is starting to feel so much better

I wasn’t sure how to overcome the headache and neck problems which caused me sleep deprivation, until a GP referred me to Ostepath treatment and that’s the start of me going to Formula Health. Gemma quickly diagnosed me with fixable spinal problem and straight away treated me from day one. I’ve had a fantastic treatment so far and have a routine exercise to do each day using their App which helps me knowing more about what my body needed and keep me motivated.
